Sarah Stockbridge - Some model who really wanted to play Tank
Girl in the movie, but (of course) didn't. She had lots pix taken and
published all over the place just to help her chances.
But of course, since she's British there was no
way she'd get cast
Random clone - Some random who appeared in the Letters section of
Deadline, as someone thot she looked lots
like Tank Girl.
Claire - Claire With Green Hair from Sheffield. From back when she did
have green hair. Possibly the most frequently talked about person on
u.p.g who has never actually had
a net account.
Diana - Diana lives in Massachusetts. She doesn't drive a tank, but she
does infiltrate military bases for a
living. She is part of a military "aggressor squadron" whose job it is to
expose holes in the security of local Guard bases.
Her hobbies are collecting and firing automatic weapons, and building and
launching rockets and missiles.
Betti - Betti
appeared in a
photoshoot in
Kelly - Kelly started her facination with Sub Girl, but gave up since
she was never given anything interesting to do in the comics. Kelley
decided to switch her loyalites and is seen here dressed as Tank Girl.
Melanie - Yet another person who gets told all the time that she looks
like Tank Girl.
Gretchen -
Gretchen is 5' 9" of snarling, feline fury when crossed. She
plays electric guitar in some junk (industrial)/punk music projects.
She draws quite well, and has had some honorable-mention music/video
projects and has a particular liking of Tank
Girl.
Daisy - Daisy is the drummer for a London-based band called
Scarehead. The picture is the cover of
Permission Magazine from Fall 1996.
Fairuza Balk
- She's an actress who rilly rilly wanted to play Tanky in the movie.
You know who I want to be is Tank Girl. She's this cartoon character with a mohawk and combat boots, and she drives tanks and drinks generic beer and goes out with the Incredible Hulk. Red Faux - This girl plays synth in an industrial/tekno band
Demon3. And she's been known to throw beer on
random people at night clubs...
Brenna Reinhart - Brenna is
webmistress with dreams of world domination. She and some friends
kinda got a bit crazy one night and this is the result.
Stacey Mckay -
A few years back on Halloween, Stacey decided to dress like Tank Girl.
Not that she looks that different normally, but this time she made a
shirt with "Tank" on the front and "Kant" on the back.
Little Rabbit - Just some random with a passing resemblance to Tank Girl.
Katie Parks - This Tank Girl clone is from Birmingham, Alabama, in the US.
The Mad Tabber - aka Tabbitha MacD. fashioned her own Tank Girl outfit for her family's annual Day of the Dead masquerade celebration. she's especially proud of the bazooka she made for the outfit (look closely in her right hand -- it's mostly behind her in the picture).
MohawkGrl - While she doesn't see much the resemblence, a lot of
people have told her that she looks like Tank Girl. This is a picture
from her prom a few years back.
Jenny - This was taken at a Tank Girlesque photoshoot. Jenny is from
Gothenburg, Sweden.
Jennifer - Another Jennifer, this one's a candid shot. Her nickname's
been Tank Girl ever since the film came out
